HowToEpiphany:- Added new user,but can not access using thin client

You have added a new user in OM.
But when the user is trying to access epiphany using thin client login error is coming.

Check:-
Check the credentials of that user in OM again.
If its a NT LM access check for the domain.
If its LDAP access check the details.

And then refresh the OM.
